[S1-8] Collective bargaining coverage and social dialogue
1 In the PGE Capital Group, nearly 100% of employees are represented by workers’ representatives, i.e. trade unions or Works Councils. At PGE CG companies where company collective bargaining agreements are not in force, employee terms and conditions are regulated in remuneration policies or – if such regulations have not been introduced – in employment contracts. It is important to note that the Corporate Remuneration Principles at PGE CG apply across the Capital Group and define a common standard for employee remuneration practices, regardless of whether employment conditions are set out in CCBA or other internal regulations.
