[S1-13] Training and skills development metrics
Percentage of employees participating in regular performance and career development reviews and average number of training hours, broken down by gender and employee categories
Percentage of non-employees who participated in regular performance and career development reviews and average number of training hours
The percentage of employees and non-employees participating in regular performance and career development reviews was calculated by dividing the number of all individuals subject to any form of performance or career review (as defined by the internal regulations of a given company) by the total number of employees/non-employees. The average number of training hours was calculated by: a) determining the total number of employees (by category and in total) / non-employees; b) calculating the total number of completed training hours (including all types of training conducted in PGE: those required by law, internal regulations, training assigned by the employer, as well as training undertaken with the employer’s approval, including studies and conferences). Then the number of training hours was divided by the number of employees (by category or in total) / non-employees.
