[G1-4] Confirmed incidents of corruption or bribery
Information obtained from official notifications, internal documents and open sources regarding corruption and bribery is initially verified and classified as incidents.
Depending on the complexity of the case, investigations or inspections are initiated and conducted. Employees investigating incidents as part of control activities submit declarations of impartiality and undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the proceedings. In 2024, 28 investigations and 6 inspections concerning PGE CG were initiated. No incidents were confirmed in the area of corruption and abuse.

Information on breaches of anti-corruption regulations
The conviction was imposed on individuals in connection with a case from 2017. It concerns employees of one of the branches of PGE GiEK S.A. The penalty consisted of a fine of PLN 10,000 imposed on the defendant, while the remaining amount of PLN 27,401.02 constituted compensation for the company, which was the injured party.
