[ESRS 2 SBM-2] Interests and views of stakeholders

Important points: Secure employment; Working time; Adequate wages; Health and safety; Measures against violence and harassment in the workplace; Diversity.

Within the value chain, the stakeholder groups over which the PGE Group exerts influence relate to the upstream chain sections – namely suppliers, business partners, and subcontractors.

Throughout this Statement, any reference to workers in the value chain pertains to employees within these groups, over whom PGE has the greatest influence through its investments and day-to-day operations. These groups of workers do not influence the business model, and there is no direct dialogue conducted with them. Engagement is carried out through the organisations that employ them. At the same time, the PGE Group provides reporting channels – such as the whistleblower mechanism – which are accessible to all stakeholder groups.

Further details on the forms of stakeholder engagement and the topics addressed are provided in section ESRS 2 SBM-2.
