Any concerns or issues arising during the performance of work for the PGE Group may be reported through external whistleblowing mechanisms, including the whistleblower system, which is also available to workers within the value chain.

Reports submitted by value chain workers are treated equally to those from own workforce or any other individuals, with the same guarantees of anonymity and protection. All submissions are reviewed by a designated person within the Compliance unit. The effectiveness of these reporting channels is monitored by examination of the cases submitted through these systems. By making these channels publicly available (via the website) and highlighting them during meetings and throughout the procurement process, the PGE Group increases awareness of their existence across its value chain.
